CISCS (Chartered Institute of Supply Chain Specialists) is a professional and certification body for supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory, transportation, and allied fields. We promote standards, ethics, education, and professional development in supply chain disciplines globally.

 Membership is open to professionals, practitioners, executives, academics, and students in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Operations, and related fields. Eligibility often depends on education, work experience, and commitment to professional standards.

CISCS offers multiple membership grades to reflect different levels of expertise and experience. Examples of possible grades:

  • Associate Member (ACISCS)
  • Member (CISCS)
  • Fellow (FCISCS)

Each grade may carry specific post-nominal letters and requirements (e.g. years of practice, contributions, assessments).

To apply:

  1. Complete the online membership application form on our website.

CISCS offers structured designations and certifications that validate professional competence. Example designations include:

  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)®
  • Certified Procurement & Contract Manager (CPCM)®
  • Chartered Supply Chain Specialist (Ch.SCS)®

We also offer specialty certifications such as Chartered Logistics and Transport Analyst (Ch.LTA)®, Chartered Inventory & Warehouse Manager (Ch.IWM)®, etc.

Certification assessments are conducted by CISCS or designated exam boards. The process includes:

Successful candidates receive a certificate and may use the associated post-nominal designation.
